The Deep Relaxer
A deeply nurturing treatment combining facial reflexology and sound healing to encourage deepest relaxation and activate the bodies own natural healing pathways to enable relief from physical and emotional tension.
This session works to encourage the flow of lymph and energy through the meridians (energy pathways) to clear stagnant energy that may be contributing to imbalance.
We will begin with a short consultation determining any areas of focus and then Louise will guide you into a state of complete relaxation & bliss through the gentle stimulation of reflex points and the use of Himalayan singing bowls. Light pressure is applied to the facial reflex points that correspond to the organs to rebalance all systems of the body and the etheric field. The technique incorporates a unique, slow and soft facial massage to calm & soothe any tension and crystal wand techniques to stimulate blood flow and lymph, rejuvenating the skin and promoting a healthy glow.
The sound massage encourages deep peace & relaxation as the therapeutic bowls are placed directly on the body relieving tension and assisting any blockages. The powerful vibrations from the bowls induce alpha and theta brainwave patterns that calm and soothe the nervous system, transmitting healing frequencies that enable the body to rest, restore and heal on a cellular level.
The session lasts an hour in total and will leave you feeling more connected, deeply rested and renewed.
