A self-love ceremony to guide us back into our loving hearts. We will be working with Rose and Cacao to help heal, mend and open our hearts, to help clear out the old to create space for the new. 

Rose has been revered throughout history for both her beauty and symbolism of love, balance, devotion and sensuality. She represents the divine feminine and reminds us there is strength in softness with her gentle, soft petals and sharp, jagged thorns. Rose enables the courage and willingness to open our hearts and allow ourselves be vulnerable whilst encouraging us to set our boundaries with her thorns of protection. This plant is working to help us love without fear.

Cacao encourages us to loosen the grips around our heart and disperse any energetic blockages we may be carrying. She helps us to surrender up that which no longer serves to create space for the new. Cacao empowers us to connect more deeply and effortlessly to our own intuition and heart wisdom and allows us to access realms that are often unavailable to us when we are not still and present. 

Always gentle and gracious these medicines work together beautifully to help remind us be fearlessly in our hearts.

Together we will drink ceremonial grade cacao from the Peruvian Andes infused with rose. I will lead you on a short meditation before you set off on a sound journey with the gong and other instruments as your guide. There is nothing for you to do but surrender and receive.

Comforting rose tea and healthy biscuits will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some grounding, integration time together.

Please bring water and a blanket for extra cosiness. I look forward to sharing these beautiful medicines with you.
