An intimate, heart opening ceremony working with the medicines of Cacao, Rose and Crystal Bowls, to encourage love, compassion and self acceptance.
Rose medicine helps us dissolve the layers of protection that we've built up around our hearts and teaches us that there's great strength in allowing ourselves to be vulnerable. She teaches us about self-acceptance and self-love so that we can be fully in our hearts in the world.
Cacao encourages us to loosen the grips around our heart and disperse any energetic blockages we may be carrying. She helps us to surrender up that which no longer serves to create space for the new.
During the ceremony you'll be bathed in the divine frequencies of Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls which emit a powerful, pure resonance that instantly soothes the system and calms the mind. The tones produced by the bowls are not just heard by the ear but can also be felt in the body, with certain tones affecting the energy centers (chakras) to restore, heal and balance the system. You’ll also experience the soothing sounds of lap harp, harmonic chimes and various percussive instruments.
Together we will drink ceremonial grade cacao from the Peruvian Andes infused with Rose. I will lead you on a short meditation before you set off on a sound journey with the sounds as your guide. There is nothing for you to do but surrender and receive.
Comforting rose tea and healthy biscuits will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some grounding, integration time together.
Please bring water and a blanket for extra cosiness. I look forward to sharing these magic medicines with you.

CONSIDERATIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss if you can still participate and have a very low dosage.
- Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.
