Nature is awakening and it’s time to start peeling off the winter layers, and set our compass for the coming year. This is the perfect time to tend to your inner garden, and plant new, fresh seeds for what you would like to accomplish in the months ahead.
Join us for this deeply transformative weekend, set in the luxury retreat space of West Lexham, Norfolk.
This specially formulated weekend will take you on a shamanic journey back into the heart, so you have all the tools you need to hear your inner guidance and follow your dreams. Using the power of the Virgo full moon we will set out a clear roadmap for the year so that you can walk your path with more confidence, courage and determination.
Morning yoga with Danielle Galway will help to awaken the body, stir the energy and clean out those energetic cobwebs. The Cacao Ceremony is a gentle yet transformational plant medicine journey where we will dive deep into the stillness to listen to our inner guidance, find the clarity and focus we need, and set new intentions going forward. Sound healing with Louise Shiels and her alchemy crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments will assist us on a cellular level to heal and instil change. The full moon fire ceremony will release any doubt, negativity and fear that are stopping us from stepping into our power, and send our prayers out into the ethers. The final shamanic journey will clear out any last winter cobwebs so that we are fully empowered.
True transformation comes from deep inner work which is not without it's sweat and tears. However, with delicious, healthy food, a safe, nurturing and sacred space, wonderful people and the power of nature supporting us in our process, we will honour our vulnerability and love our shadow self so that we can be more truly ourselves.
This Shamanic Full Moon weekend will sweep out any doubt, darkness and debris that may have accumulated over the winter months so you can emerge into spring shining brightly, with renewed purpose, clarity and ready for the adventure ahead.

Your Guides
Rebekah Shaman
Rebekah is an urban plant medicine shaman, working with plant medicines to inspire conscious change. With over twenty years’ experience working with plant medicines, and using her experiences from both the Amazon and urban jungles, Rebekah enables people to start living ‘shamanically’ in a western world. She teaches modern shamanic wisdom and offers practical tools to help people living in the urban jungle see the synchronicity and magic in the ordinariness, and reconnects them back to nature, and the natural cycles and rhythms of life. Rebekah facilitates individual and group plant medicine ceremonies, and has a thriving ceremonial Cacao practise.
Rebekah trained with Don Juanito, a Peruvian Amazonian Plant Medicine Shaman in 1998, as his apprentice and has been working with ‘Plant Consciousness’ ever since. She has a BA (Hons) in Study of Religions, and MSc in Development Studies, both from SOAS University, and a Post-graduate Psychology Diploma in the Human Givens Approach. She is also the author of ‘The Shaman’s Last Apprentice,’ and ‘Beyond Illusion’ the true stories of her apprenticeship with Don Juanito, and how she became a modern day urban shaman.

Danielle Galway
Danielle is a yoga and reiki teacher who guides people to fully connect with their unique bodies and minds to find moments of stillness and peace. Through classes, workshops and 1-1 sessions, she holds space for people to slow down, move, restore and heal. Her yoga classes are slow and deep, with a focus on meditative movement, breath and presence. Danielle trained as a dancer where she became interested in the way that emotions can be stored in the physical and energetic body and how through movement and presence, we can heal and release. For Danielle, Yoga is a way of practicing love and compassion for ourselves and for each other.
