Through the healing frequencies of therapeutic sound and the restful practice of Yoga Nidra meditation our bodies can be brought back in tune and we can begin to re-claim our energy from within.
Experience the deeply calming and healing effects of a therapeutic Sound Bath. Using Planetary Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other instrument’s rich harmonic frequencies you will be bathed in sound while you switch off, feeling the stresses and strains of the day melting away as peace and harmony come singing back to you.
What happens during a Sound Bath
During a Sound Bath you are taken on a sonic meditative journey. While you lie down comfortably with your eyes closed I will play various instruments around you known for their vibratory healing frequencies. You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you.

Join us for a nourishing Sound Journey at the Spiritualist Church in Bitterne, where we’ll gather in a warm and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect and receive. In this session you will be bathed in therapeutic sounds from the Earth Gong, Alchemy crystal singing bowls, harmonic chimes and various percussive instruments. We'll begin with a short Yoga Nidra style guided relaxation to prepare the body to receive the sound vibrations. Nothing is required of you in this space, this is an opportunity to simply rest and receive.
