Sacred Cacao Sound Ceremony for Imbolc: Renewal, Reflection & Intentions for the Season Ahead
Join me for a sacred cacao sound ceremony to honor Imbolc, a time of renewal and awakening. Imbolc marks the first signs of spring and the promise of new growth; an invitation to tap into the potential of this season when both the earth’s energy and our own begin to stir.
It’s the perfect time to turn inward, reflect on what is ready to emerge in the coming months and cleanse what no longer serves, creating space for the new. Together we will plant seeds of intention for the coming months, invoking clarity, creativity, and alignment with our hearts.
Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that helps to soften and open our hearts and promote healing on a cellular level. Cacao enables a space to quieten the noise so that we're able to listen to our own inner guidance more clearly.
Rich in antioxidants and minerals, cacao contains Theobromine, a mild stimulant that enhances mood and provides a subtle energy lift, supporting our journey toward inner clarity and expansion.

We'll begin with a short Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep) and transition into the sound journey. There is nothing for you to do but lie down to be bathed in healing vibrations from the gong and crystal bowls. The invitation is to rest and receive as you take an inner voyage with this sacred plant as your guide.
Comforting rose tea will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some time to integrate and write down any insights whilst basking in the cacao glow : ))
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion for added comfort.

CONSIDERATIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss offering you a lower dosage.
- Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.

Because of the infrequency of these events and the limited spaces available there is a STRICT 72hr cancellation policy so that I have time to sell the space on. No refunds will be issued after this time.
