Kinesiology is a whole-person centred approach that focuses on the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit to promote overall health and well-being.
By tapping into the body's innate intelligence, kinesiology aims to identify and address root causes rather than just symptoms, working in layers to prioritise and address imbalances as they arise. By using muscle testing we can identify and address imbalances, stressors, and blockages in the system to improve physical, mental, and emotional health.
By utilising various balancing techniques such as acupressure, lymphatic pressure massage points, food intolerance testing and nutritional testing, this non invasive therapy aims to restore the body's natural balance and empower individuals to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
I am trained in Functional Kinesiology which combines the latest nutritional science and contemporary health practices with traditional Kinesiology techniques. It incorporates nutrition, emotional techniques from counselling, gestalt therapy, NLP, Bach Flower Remedies and other modalities to create an effective, holistic approach to well-being.
