Please join us with Louise Shiels for an intimate, heart-focused ceremony working with the medicines of cacao, rose, alchemy crystal singing bowls and voice. This is a journey to help us move through energetic blocks or stagnation and to connect us back to our own inner wisdom. But maybe all you need is to rest. That can be found here too.

Cacao and rose are two gentle plant medicines that work beautifully together to help bring us back into our loving hearts. Rose encourages self acceptance and self love, helping us create healthy boundaries for ourselves and find strength in our vulnerability.

Cacao allows us to drop down from the head into the heart and navigate through feeling instead of thinking. It helps disperse any blockages around the heart and with the vibrations from the crystalline sounds we experience healing at a cellular level to rebalance the physical, emotional, and etheric bodies.

We will drink ceremonial-grade cacao infused with rose and then begin a short yoga nidra (known as yogic sleep) practice before moving into a sound journey. There is nothing for you to do but lie down and let yourself be bathed in the healing vibrations as you take an inner voyage with the plants as your guides.

Comforting rose tea will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some grounding, integration time together. Please bring a journal & pen to write down any insights and your own water bottle.

Considerations and contraindications:
Cacao contains theobromine, which stimulates the system much in the same way caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine, please consult with us beforehand and we will discuss giving you a lower dosage. Cacao can also react with antidepressants and cause headaches so please let us know if you are on any medication before booking.
