In this intimate Cacao Sound Ceremony we will be reflecting on how far we have come this year; acknowledging the blessings and the burdens that have come our way and releasing the old to clear space and set intentions for 2021 going forward.
This is a ceremony to connect us back in with our loving selves through our heart centre, to take us out of the realm of the mind and connect us back to the heart.
The ancients of the south and central Americas would drink cacao to commune with their gods and similarly we can drink Cacao to commune with our’selves'. When we ingest this sacred plant medicine we enable a deeper connection to our our intuition and our inner guidance system as Cacao takes us from a place of ‘thinking’ (the mind) to a place of ‘feeling’ (the heart), aligning us with our true essential nature, love.
Sound and Cacao work together to deepen your connection to your intuition and to the subconscious realms. Cacao releases energetic blocks in the body and coupled with the healing frequencies from the Gong Bath we experience a release of blockages around the heart, enabling energy to flow freely in the body.
We begin by silently setting our intentions for the session. When we state our intention a strong message is sent out to our subconscious mind which will help us in achieving our goal. Then we will mindfully drink the Cacao experiencing it’s warmth and presence in the body, before chanting together to begin to gently open the heart chakra. You will then lie down to bathe in relaxing, therapeutic vibrations from the gong as the cacao does her healing work and you take an inner voyage with the gong as your guide.
Comforting tea and biscuits will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some time to share and write down any insights or wisdom, whilst basking in the cacao glow.
Please bring a blanket and anything else that will deepen your cosy comfort : )
• Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss if you can still participate and have a low dosage.
• Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.
• Please inform me if you are pregnant so I can give you a lower dose of cacao.
